BERLIN — One individual is lifeless after a truck struck a number of folks in southern Germany on Friday morning, police mentioned.
The 63-year outdated truck driver struck a gaggle of 5 folks near the railway station in downtown Passau, police mentioned in an announcement. A 37-year outdated girl died of her accidents on the website and the opposite 4 pedestrians have been severely injured, together with the 11-year-old little one of the girl killed, police mentioned.
The truck driver was injured and brought to a hospital.
A spokeswoman instructed German information company dpa that police are “at present assuming that this was an accident state of affairs.” Police mentioned an investigation was ongoing.
