Chris Strachwitz, the founding father of impartial blues label Arhoolie, which gave a wider viewers to numerous lesser-known information and have become a giant inspiration for Rounder Data, died final Friday (5) on the age of 91.

Strachwitz created Arhoolie in 1960, and its first launch was Texas Sharecropper and Songster by bluesman Mance Lipscomb.
