BERLIN — Police in Germany discovered greater than 100 Syrian residents inside flats and different buildings that have been searched Tuesday in reference to the suspected smuggling of migrants, German information company dpa reported.
Greater than 350 German federal cops searched places as a part of an investigation. The Syrians allegedly have been introduced into Germany with out holding authorized residency paperwork, dpa stated.
Police executed 5 arrest warrants, three within the northern city of Stade and two within the western city of Gladbeck. All 5 arrested folks have been Syrian asylum-seekers already residing in Germany, the information company stated.
