New laws in Michigan will permit highschool college students to capitalize on Identify, Picture and Likeness (NIL). The proposed regulation took a significant step this week when it handed the state’s Home of Representatives.

Launched in June by state legislator Jimmie Wilson, the invoice handed by a 66-43 vote on Thursday.
