The NBA says it’s investigating an accusation that Oklahoma Metropolis Thunder guard Josh Giddey had an improper relationship with an underage lady.
In a since-deleted publish, an nameless social media consumer mentioned a woman who’s seen with Giddey in movies and pictures was a highschool junior on the time. The social media account has since been deactivated.
Giddey is an Australian who turned 21 in October.
“We’re trying into it,” Michael Bass, an NBA spokesman, mentioned Friday.
Giddey had no remark when questioned Friday at follow.
