KYIV (Reuters) – The Netherlands will ship Ukraine a thousand chargers for distant demining, Dutch Defence Minister Kajsa Ollongren stated on a go to to Kyiv.
The announcement coincides with closely mined Russian defence traces slowing down a Ukrainian counteroffensive to recapture territory seized by Russia since its forces invaded in February 2022.
“There’s a choice to offer a couple of thousand moveable chargers for distant demining that may make passageways in engineered boundaries,” Ollongren was quoted as saying on the Ukrainian defence ministry web site at a gathering with Ukrainian minister Oleksiy Reznikov on Tuesday.
