TOKYO — Japanese police mentioned Monday that they’ve arrested a person on suspicion of slashing three folks on a practice in western Japan.
The 37-year-old suspect was carrying three knives, together with two in every hand, when he was arrested on the platform of Rinku City station in Osaka, western Japan, instantly after the alleged assault Sunday, in response to police in Izumisano Metropolis.
