SpaceX launched 4 folks to the Worldwide Area Station from Florida as Elon Musk’s firm begins its eleventh human spaceflight mission so far.

Generally known as Crew-7, the mission for NASA will convey the group as much as the area station for a six-month keep in orbit. The mission is SpaceX’s sixth operational crew launch for NASA so far, and the primary of the extra missions the company awarded SpaceX.

SpaceX launched the astronauts in its Crew Dragon capsule known as Endurance, on prime of a Falcon 9 rocket. Each the rocket and capsule are reusable, with the Endurance flying on its third mission so far.

The corporate is below contract for 14 missions below NASA’s Business Crew program.
