FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A Texas metropolis on Tuesday authorised a $3.5 million settlement for a kid who witnessed his aunt being fatally shot by means of a window of her residence by a police officer 4 years in the past.

The Fort Price Metropolis Council authorised the settlement for Zion Carr, who was 8 when Atatiana Jefferson was killed.
