The ruling got here after Trump’s enterprise fraud trial ended its first week of proceedings in Manhattan Supreme Court docket.
New York Lawyer Common Letitia James had opposed halting Trump’s trial pending his enchantment of a choose’s pretrial ruling that he was chargeable for enterprise fraud within the case. However she didn’t oppose Trump’s request that the choose’s associated ruling, which canceled an array of company enterprise certificates, be stayed pending the result of the enchantment.
